From old relics barely floating in remote harbours, to tiny grains of sand and seaweed glowing in the morning sun, coastal living seeps into every piece of Esther’s artwork.
Growing up and living near the water, her passion for west coast living is readily inspired and easily laid out on canvas. Her goal is to share the beauty of the BC coast, and her experience of it, through her art.

The coast--natural landscapes, working world, remote wilderness and busy harbours--life on the shores of BC is where Esther draws her artistic inspiration. Having grown up on the coast, and spending nearly a decade as a commercial fisherman, the wild and rugged coastal waters
have truly inspired Esther’s artwork.
